What’s the job?

A proven, high-performing, and highly motivated New Vertical BD Head who needs to bring the ambitious growth objectives of our payment business in new vertical.

Leading the development of a new line of products serving a new client segment in one of the company’s fastest growing business lines – exports. The Leader will work closely with partners and prospects to identify key business opportunities and build / deploy a winning strategy in this segment. The Leader will evangelize our product offering within the organization, understand market trends and develop strategic initiatives to drive incremental market share. The ideal candidate is someone capable of working strategically with internal and external stakeholders while also capable of leading the development of solutions for our customers.

  • A leader with both “big picture” and “detail-oriented” mindset.
  • A quick learner to seize opportunities emerging from new segments.

    Is this you?

    Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • 10+ years’ work experience with 3+ years direct selling in sales team (multi-layer’ structure) management.
  • Direct domestic toB customers acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and consistent delivery.
  • Win through external partnership and internal collaboration.
  • Work with global teams and leverage multiple resources to get job done.
  • Fluent English, both written and reading.
  • Bachelor and above degree.
  •  

    Not a must but a great advantage:

  • 0-1 experience.
  • Deep understanding of international trade.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in operations/program management or another non-sales role.
  • Experience of facing customers of SMB/industry associations.
  • Experience in payments/trading/export/banking trade related industry.
  • Experience in eCommerce platform/service provider/Webstore related industry
