You’ll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of a fast-paced corporate office, playing a key role in how employees and visitors experience the workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception. 
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer and visitor experiences. 
  • Establish and maintain reception best practices, workflows, and service standards. 
  • Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of internal office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. 
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships. 
  • Support meeting logistics (room setup, calendars, refreshments, technology). 
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (badges, workspace setup, welcome materials). 
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses related to office operations. 
  • Assist in tracking, compiling, and reporting facility performance metrics and improvement initiatives. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 
  • Applicants must possess a high school diploma, with post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience preferred. 
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-of-house and administrative support role within a corporate environment is required. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. 
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn are essential. 
  • The ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced office environment is required. 
  • A high degree of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times are expected. 
  • You are happy to be based in the office 5 days a week.
