We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to provide onsite support for the organization. The incumbent is responsible for the office running smoothly by maintaining office inventory and supplies, as well as providing support for onsite customer meetings and corporate events. 

What you'll do: 

  • Responsible for managing essential elements of the physical office environment.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and practices.
  • First point of contact for all work requests to/from local building management and other vendors as appropriate.
  • Orders, stocks, and maintains office and kitchen supplies, pantry service.
  • Perform light receptionist duties as needed.
  • Greet visitors, check phone system for incoming voicemails.
  • Manage mail and deliveries.
  • Assist administrative staff in meeting set-up and catering as needed.
  • Ensure facility and equipment remains in clean and working order.
  • Supports the Real Estate & Facilities team with special projects.
  • Able to work 32 hours weekly at a minimum.
  • Able to work in our corporate office in Mountain View, CA Mon-Fri. Start and end time is flexible. 

What you bring: 

  • 3 years of Office Management / Facilities related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and Google suite.
