Payoneer Germany is looking for Office Manager (part-time fixed-term contract until 31 December 2025) for our office in Munich. Payoneer is an international, NASDAQ-listed, company with employees distributed all over the world, with offices in many countries.
We are looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic "good soul of the office". Somebody who is as much motivated by taking care of people as by creating and supervising a well-working and organized office. Our Munich office is, among other things, the hub for the Payoneer Merchant Services organization. A place for our globally distributed workforce to come together and collaborate, socialize, and work together. As such, your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing events and supporting other parts of the organization in organizing events. This includes parties, team meetups, and other in-office events, including finding, negotiating, and managing the service providers.
- Workplace Management – Management of Facility and Service Providers.
- Office safety officer – Manage our obligations with our Office Safety Board (Arbeitssicherheitsausschuss (ASA).
- Taking care and directing any postal mail.
- Answering telephone calls; Managing Conference rooms
- Taking care of the communal areas as well as catering for Payoneer staff (for monthly events).
- Administering and ordering office supplies and appliances.
- Travel Management – making travel bookings, negotiating rates for group travel
Working schedule: flexible working schedule with 20 working hours per week, with a baseline schedule of 4h per day. Subject to further agreement.
Your skill set
- Fluent German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or interest in learning more about German office safety standards
- A service-oriented and inclusive mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Relevant experience in front desk duties, office management, team assistance, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
Temporary employment contract until 31 December 2025.
