The Team
The Office Manager will report to Shiran who leads the Business Operations in the Israeli site and will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Keep the office vibe buzzing by smoothly sailing through daily routines, from stocking up on snacks & drinks to ensuring the coffee machine is always brewing.
- Cultivate relationships with our vendors and ensure seamless employee experience for our team.
- Join forces with our finance team and become the hero of spreadsheets and invoice tracking, while safeguarding our office expenses budget.
- Lead our employee experience strategy, and be in charge of all things fun and fabulous! From planning epic happy hours to organizing holiday celebrations, dive into well-being initiatives, and sprinkle some magic into our gifts and swag orders. Your mission is to ensure our team feels the love.
- As the guardian of our onboarding process, you'll ensure that every newcomer feels like part of the family from day one. Whether it's arranging a personalized welcome or serving as their point of contact for any onboarding questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally. Bring your proactive mindset to the table, initiating innovative ideas and improvements that streamline workflows and boost efficiency across the board.
- Play a vital role in promoting a positive workplace atmosphere, address employees’ queries and support their operational needs.
What you’ll bring to the role
- At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as an office manager, preferably within a tech company, start-up or VC fund.
- Excellent time management skills, multitasking ability, and love for details.
- Capability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with a global team, fostering effective communication and coordination.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives, showcasing a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Energetic people-person with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Drive applications.
- Full proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
