What you’ll do 

  • The purpose of this role is to provide overall support on office management (day to day) and internal events.
  • Contribute to maintaining a quality work environment.
  • Ensure the relationship with our sub-tenants (contract, invoices, daily relationship / requests).
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of permanent fit-out, furniture renewal/replacement
  • Manage office budget, meeting room reservations/schedules/schedules.
  • You will be the key day-to-day contact for service providers and manage the proper delivery/performance of services.
  • Participate in the organisation of internal events and the organisation of various travel for the management team.

 

Your profile

  • Self-starter, proactive, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You are cheerful and have a communicative energy :)
  • Trustworthy, you will demonstrate a very high level of confidentiality. 
  • Preferably, you have a minimum of 2 years of education.
  • Extremely rigorous, very comfortable with numbers, with a good command of Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
