Office Based: London, EC1V 7LQHours of Work: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday

Deliver impactful onboarding experiences for the EU & Asia employees across different levels!
As an Onboarding & Training Specialist, you’ll lead live onboarding sessions, help design engaging and scalable content, and adapt programs to meet evolving business needs. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continued education for our team members. From early-career onboarding to refining programs based on feedback, it blends facilitation, creativity, and operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and deliver New Hire Orientation and other live training sessions for Wayfair employees at all levels and across various roles (EU & Asia).
- Collaborate with facilitators to refine training content, analyse participant feedback, and continuously improve learning experiences.
- Identify and address new learning needs by designing scalable, on-brand content tailored to different learning styles.
- Lead early-career onboarding programs, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience through instructor-led sessions, hands-on skill application, and relationship-building opportunities.
- Support program operations (both in person and virtually) including facilitation, participant logistics, and communication.
- Collect and analyse data-driven insights from user feedback and other sources to refine training programs and enhance engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices by researching learning methodologies and recommending improvements to new and existing content.
What You'll Have:
- Proven experience in onboarding, training, or teaching, with a track record of successfully delivering learning programs and confidently presenting in front of live audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively across different time zones.
- A passion for learning, growth, and employee development, with a customer-centric approach to onboarding and training.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the agility to iterate and improve learning programs based on feedback and data insights.
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- English language fluency, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude in Google or Microsoft Suite; Display the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Any HRIS system knowledge would be a plus.
