We believe in the everyday hero. Those who have the courage to follow their passion and who have the strength and determination to realise their dreams.

Small business owners are at the heart of all we do, so we're creating powerful, easy-to-use financial solutions to help them run their businesses. With a founder’s mentality and a 'team-first’ attitude, our diverse teams across Europe, South America and the United States work together to ensure that small business owners can be successful doing what they love.

About the opportunity

We are looking for professionals interested in turning data and information into business insights to help to improve our onboarding operations and who like to go beyond analyses by actually implementing data-driven solutions and process automations. If you enjoy learning and executing a multitude of different skills, such as analytics, modeling, coding, creating dashboards and reports, and like to build and improve processes, we’ll provide you with plenty of opportunities to do so, while being supported by our team.

Additionally, it is expected that you can continuously identify improvement opportunities in order to push projects that solve each necessity in the best cost-effective way.  All of this should help those within the Onboarding team, but also actively help everyone on the expanded Latam Team.
