The Onsite Marketing team is in charge of managing Wayfair’s key landing pages, including the site homepage which is the “shop window” for our EU customers. Through onsite content banner execution and marketing funnel analysis, our team brings Wayfair’s brand messages to life onsite and engages with site visitors. 

This is a 6 months full time internship.

The role is hybrid: Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday - flexible.

Our team is in charge of: 

  • Building and sophisticating our landing page exposure strategy that best communicates Wayfair’s offerings to our site visitors 
  • Overseeing the onsite experience on an everyday basis and during tentpole marketing moments
  • Driving strong content engagement while maintaining down-funnel productivity through full funnel analysis
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Content Strategy team to build a holistic messaging strategy that steers cross-channel exposure plans 
  • Working closely with the global Storefront Products team to launch platform innovations and optimize the day-to-day site experience 

What You’ll Do

  • Take up banner execution ownership and become an expert in Wayfair’s content management systems 
  • Gain in-depth knowledge in Wayfair’s storefront tooling landscape to ensure operational excellence on a day-to-day basis through troubleshooting 
  • Conduct site content quality assurance (QA) checks on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and communicate channel feedback points
  • Actively support team’s Senior Analyst in reviewing and updating content performance data 
  • Keep a structured pulse on qualitative and quantitative learnings, supporting the creation of learning repositories 

What You'll Need

  • Excellent communications in business English (German a plus); able to communicate professionally, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to details, with an affinity for operational excellence
  • Collaborative personality, with a natural desire to solve problems and improve processes
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge or interest in e-commerce website experience a strong plus 
  • Proficient with Excel and G-Suite
  • Previous experience or an educational background in the field of Marketing, Brand, or Business Administration 
  • Enthusiastic, with proven ability to hit the ground running!
