What You’ll Do

 

  • Customer agreement preparation(Create agreement template, draft customer price list)
  • Help to finish agreements signing process
  • Agreements archiving
  • Agreement hard copy mailing and collection
  • Quotation to customers
  • Customer on-line return visit
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
  •  

     

    Required Experience/Skills

     

    Requires a bachelor’s degree. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics,logistics sourcing or a directly related field experience in an analytical or consulting role is a plus. 

    Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities:

    • Fluency in the English is required as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google and working with data
    • Available for 4 days a week working on-site
    • Strong communication skills and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
    • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning new tools
