Your role

As an Operational Excellence Manager - Special Projects (f/m/d/x) you will work directly with our Site Management to lead cross-functional special projects focused on scaling our operations, enhancing our operational performance, and bolstering the resilience of our end-to-end Supply Chain. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate and tangible impact on critical operational matters.

Your area of responsibility

• You contribute to high-priority cross-functional projects aimed at expanding our operations, refining operational performance and strengthening the resilience of our end-to-end Supply Chain
• You gain in-depth insights and experience across various aspects of our operations – primarily Production and Logistics
• You collaborate directly with Senior Operations Stakeholders and Heads of different departments
• You analyse our current strategies and identify fresh opportunities to enhance our operational efficiency
• You provide direct analytical and operational support to our local markets, employing data to identify, structure and resolve a range of intricate problems, also you assist them in anticipating upcoming operational challenges
• You implement data-driven solutions, tools, and processes throughout our operations, including our distribution centres and connections to our own last-mile delivery network
• You serve as a cross-functional and/or cross-market project orchestrator, mobilising key stakeholders to achieve tangible results

Your profile

• You have 3-4+ years of experience in a dynamic project-based environment, such as at a management consulting firm, a rapidly growing start-up/scale-up or a demanding role in an industry that shares HelloFresh's values
• You have experience in operations-related domains including warehousing, fulfilment, supply chain or procurement
• You possess a proven track record of effective stakeholder management, including the ability to motivate, develop and lead a diverse team
• You have exceptional analytical skills and a genuine passion for utilising data to innovate effective solutions that address business objectives
• You thrive in a fast-paced working environment characterised by high levels of ambiguity and change
• You bring a positive attitude and and great interest in the food sector
• You are fluent in English and ideally proficient in German
