Are you passionate about data and eager to drive operational success in a global organization? Payoneer is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate, analyze, and leverage data for operational excellence, supporting decision-making across the organization.

• Data Integration: Extract, manipulate and Combine data from multiple sources, including operations, finance, and customer platforms, to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
• Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau to visualize trends, monitor key metrics, and identify anomalies.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to uncover actionable insights, recommend process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
• Budget Management: Track headcount budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party costs with precision, ensuring data alignment across teams.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and domain experts to align on data-driven initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Proactive player: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
