Are you passionate about data and eager to drive operational success in a global organization? Payoneer is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate, analyze, and leverage data for operational excellence, supporting decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On:- Data Integration: Extract, manipulate and Combine data from multiple sources, including operations, finance, and customer platforms, to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
- Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau to visualize trends, monitor key metrics, and identify anomalies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to uncover actionable insights, recommend process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
- Budget Management: Track headcount budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party costs with precision, ensuring data alignment across teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and domain experts to align on data-driven initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Proactive player: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
Have You Done This Kind of Stuff?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
