Payoneer is looking for an Operations Analytics Manager to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and high energy environment.  This role will need to gather data from various source, and interpret data into patterns and trends. With time invested, the Data Analyst should possess in-depth knowledge and experience of Payoneer Operations functional data type, hence to make recommendation on methods and ways in which Operations can improve its quality and efficiency.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Analyze source data and interpret data into patterns and trends.
  • Design, and build databases by converting Business/Ops stakeholders requirements into logical models.
  • Collaboratee closely with global data teams on all data-relevant matters.
  • Be the Point of Contact for data-relevant matters in major regional projects, participate in workshops and presentations of proposed solutions as required.
  • Create and maintain data models and databases using best practices, to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.
  • Perform profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions from data perspective.
  • Assist team members by providing Ops data solutions.
  • Being part of the Center of Excellence structure, this position is expected to leverage data and analytical skills to drive strategic initiatives with other key stakeholders in the Region.
  • Work independently while in close collaboration with global ops team.

For this role you have also:

  • Individual who possesses SQL knowledge and general knowledge of data management, with experience of relational database technologies e.g., SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS
  • Expert in performance tuning/optimization, as well as bottleneck problems analysis
  • Motivated self-starter who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate and committed professional with excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
  • Great team player who cares and willing to help other colleagues.
  • Excellent in verbal and written English, to work with a diverse global team.
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors
  • 5 years+ working experience, with 3 years+ in a data analyst relevant position.
  • Strong knowledge in data world (Strong SQL, understanding processes in RDBMS/Big Data, Hands-on Experience in Big Data Project preferred)
