About the Role

Applied Intuition is seeking an ADAS Operations Lead to bring our newly launched SDS for Automotive platform into real-world operation. In this role, you will own the end-to-end deployment of advanced driver assistance features in customer programs, from site readiness and vehicle integration to daily testing, validation, and operational feedback. You’ll bridge cutting-edge end-to-end neural network technology with safe, reliable, on-road execution—helping OEMs scale from L2++ features toward higher levels of autonomy.

At Applied you will:
  • Lead ADAS Deployments: Manage operational readiness, vehicle integration, and test execution for SDS-powered ADAS programs with OEM partners.
  • Operationalize Validation: Establish workflows for real-world testing, data collection, and system performance monitoring, ensuring high-quality feedback loops to engineering.
  • Drive Partner Collaboration: Work directly with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Applied’s engineering teams to align program milestones with safe and efficient operational execution.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety protocols and testing best practices that meet both regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Scale Operational Playbooks: Develop repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations that can be adapted across regions and vehicle platforms.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • ADAS/Automotive Program Experience: Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs, ideally involving OEM or Tier-1 partnerships.
  • Operational Leadership Skills: Proven ability to launch, scale, and manage complex technical operations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Fluency: Understanding of ADAS features and the workflows required to validate and deploy them.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communicator who can bridge between technical, operational, and business stakeholders to drive program success.
  • Safety-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining safety processes in high-stakes operational environments.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with end-to-end neural network ADAS architectures or next-gen autonomy stacks.
  • Background working directly with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers on ADAS development or deployment.
  • Familiarity with simulation and validation tools for ADAS/AV testing.
  • Knowledge of functional safety and regulatory standards.
  • Exposure to scaling ADAS programs across global test sites or vehicle platforms.

Autonomy is one of the leading technological advances of this century that will come to impact our lives. The work you’ll do at Applied will meaningfully accelerate the efforts of the top autonomy teams in the world. At Applied, you will have a unique perspective on the development of cutting edge technology while working with major players across the industry and the globe.
