About the role

The Operations Manager handles all Germany and UK Supply Chain Operations, including Materials Management, Planning, Print Production, Manufacturing, and Distribution to meet Crunchyroll Home Entertainment products' standards and specifications. You will report to the Director of Global Collectibles Distribution.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will manage the relationships with 3rd party manufacturing and distribution plants, ensuring on-time and accurate direction is given for disc replication, assembly, print production, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution in the UK and Germany.
  • You will negotiate terms and pricing with Print Suppliers award projects by level-loading work across each partner
  • You will partner with the Sr. Global Project Manager on production schedules, master upload dates, and be the main contact on Germany and UK Global supply chain needs
  • You will manage the territory-specific age rating submission process for the UK & Germany, ensuring on-time submissions and approvals for ratings applied to packaging art for Global and Territory-specific SKUs.
  • You will be the in-territory lead for continuing to create process and cost efficiencies across Print Production and Operations areas and develop work streams across multi-territory needs
  • You will ensure authored masters and packaging print files are to specification
  • You will work with Production leads to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of disc masters to the replication factory to schedule
  • You will provide ad hoc review and feedback on German and English language deliverables for territory-specific and Global SKUs
  • You will identify errors and verify correct performance based on existing specifications
  • You will develop a working knowledge of a variety of job responsibilities on a case-by-case basis
About You

  • You have 5 years of experience in Home Video Print Production and Supply Chain Operations
  • You have a BA/BSc degree diploma
  • You speak fluent English, and know German, and Japanese
  • You have a keen analytical mindset and find satisfaction in resolving challenges
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Suite or G Suite
  • You show the capacity to excel in a high-speed, dynamic setting where deadlines are subject to change.
  • You have knowledge or are passionate about entertainment, animation, and pop culture.
