ScienceLogic is looking for an experienced operations and program manager in enablement, with specific preference for those who have successfully managed Partner Enablement Programs previously.

You will be the cornerstone of our Global Enablement initiatives, ensuring excellence and timeliness of deliverables while managing resources in the most efficient manner possible. Our Global Enablement team is comprised of several functions supporting our global sales organization: Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Sales Enablement, Technical Training Development and Delivery. Our goal is to empower all employees within our global sales organization, including our partners, with the knowledge, skills and tools to continuously deliver exceptional results. What you'll be doing... 

• Overseeing the development and management of partner enablement programs.
• Leading operational strategies to optimize partner engagement and platform adoption.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align enablement activities with organizational goals.
• Providing project management leadership to ensure the successful execution of enablement projects.
• Analyzing program effectiveness and implementing continuous improvement measures.
• Working with leadership to prioritize and continue to build out partner enablement programs based on identified needs across our various channels globally.
• Analyzing and improving current processes for communicating and disseminating.
• Continuously improving own knowledge of what drives sales success and technical mastery in ScienceLogic’s platform, primarily as it relates to our customers and partners.
• Overseeing our full Enablement Toolkit (Litmos, Sales Enablement Integrations, Sales Hub, Zoom, SharePoint).

Qualities you possess... 

• 3+ year’s practical enablement experience, preferably in SaaS and working with partners.
• Experience working with metrics to assess our enablement programs to make data-driven decisions and continuously iterate to improve all initiatives.
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills combined with a high level of demonstrated project management acumen.
• Ability to adapt content to best meet the situational and personal needs of each audience.
• Ability to comprehend complex ideas and processes, and explain those ideas and processes in simple, easy to understand language.
• Established and substantiated expertise in Project Management platforms, preferably Asana.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong experience managing virtual delivery on multiple platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect, Webex).
• Experience building and managing assessments using Qualtrics or a similar survey solution.
• Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi and other presentation software.
• Expertise in various LMS systems preferred. Experience working with Litmos is a plus!
