Operations Project Intern
Team Description
Our team focuses on improving automation and creating self-service solutions for our clients within the BR Operations team. We aim to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience, with a focus on data-driven insights and decisions. We collaborate closely across various teams, including support, logistics, onboarding, product, and AI, and value individuals who thrive in a dynamic, problem-solving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the development and implementation of self-service solutions for merchants.
- Work with the operations team to align self-service options with internal processes and customer experience.
- Help to measure and analyze project planning and results.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize solutions.
- Create and maintain data visualizations for self-service usage, and analyze self-service performance in the SumUp environment..

- You speak advanced English and can communicate effectively with global teams.
- You are proficient in Google Sheets and Presentations.
- You are highly motivated, team-oriented, hands-on, and always looking to learn and improve.
- You are pragmatic, efficient, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience in data analytics, particularly with Tableau.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with data transformation and modeling.
- An ongoing Degree in business, engineering, or related fields, or currently pursuing studies in exact sciences.
