YOUR MISSION
Glovo is building the future of cities by allowing everyone to get any item from any store within 60 minutes. Our goal is to provide on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world.

THE JOURNEY
- Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers)
- Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers
- Solve problems and provide support to Glovers
- Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers
- Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
- Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis
- Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
- High motivation to work in a fast-growing startup
- An analytical mindset
- Excel skills
- Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees
- Good energy and love what you do, even on bad days
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
