The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, device performance, and fleet health by managing inventory, performing repairs, and troubleshooting technical issues. This individual’s expertise and collaboration across teams are essential to minimizing downtime and maintaining high operational standards that drive business success.
Location: New York City, NY
Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including managing inbound/outbound shipments and inventory.
- Maintain accurate device inventory records, promptly updating any status changes.
- Perform maintenance, mechanical, and electrical repairs on media devices to restore functionality.
- Collaborate with support and other departments to troubleshoot tablet issues and streamline processes.
- Document repairs with detailed work orders, including failure modes, parts used, and time spent.
- Catalog and prepare failed components for return to the manufacturer.
- Conduct regular inventory counts of digital assets, parts, and equipment, updating logs as needed.
- Assist in writing and updating standard operating procedures.
- Transfer digital assets between fleet partner facilities using the company van.
- Provide daily workload updates in team meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Prepare bi-weekly maintenance reports and lead weekly fleet management meetings.
- 1-2 Years of On Car and In Car advertising experience.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety standards.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in fleet management or technical support.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to maintain accurate records.

The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $68,000 - $85,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
