The role

If you love the world of food, join us as our new Oracle Financials Administrator (m/f/x) in the Global Finance team. You will be tasked with supporting and developing the Financial modules of our ERP system - Oracle Financials Cloud. In your role, you will be troubleshooting and optimizing the already existing functionality for all business units across the globe. We are seeking someone who is brimming with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and hunger to succeed.

What you’ll do
  • Ensure a reliable performance of our ERP with a focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses)
  • Troubleshoot, support, and constantly look for ways to enhance our financial systems and processes
  • Support implementation, migration, and integration of the already existing Oracle modules
  • Educate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionality and features
  • Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system
  • Ensure best practices are followed within the ERP system
  • Oversee Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete anyadministration tasks and resolve issues
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)
What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing financial systems
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administration experience with either Oracle (Fusion Cloud or EBS) or other cloud-based ERP solutions
  • Nice to have - experience in Oracle Procurement modules, Reporting (OTBI, SQL)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with employees at all organizational levels
  • Attention to detail
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study. Individuals with leadership, project management, analytical, and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required
  • Fluency in English
