Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Sr. Analyst

This position supports TriNet, a U.S. public company that owns the Zenefits brand.As a part of our dedicated team, this role will play a crucial role in providing functional support for Oracle Incentive Compensation by contributing to the design, automation, and analysis of pay-for-performance incentive programs. This includes Sales and Broker Commissions.

This role will directly contribute to aligning sales behavior with our corporate objectives and driving our success

Engage in thorough requirement gathering and skillfully translate business needs into detailed Functional and technical specifications

Configure and translate complex requirements into effective Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions

Design, test, and debug both new and existing application software, ensuring its seamless functionality

Work closely with Project Leads and IT Developers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring viable and consistent solutions

A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience, showcasing a strong understanding of Oracle Incentive Compensation 

Proven ability to configure and translate complex requirements into effective Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions

Proficiency in documenting and reviewing intricate queries and calculations, with the ability to convert them into comprehensive technical requirements

Previous experience in application testing within the Financial domain, highlighting your expertise in this area

Knowledge of Salesforce to Oracle integration is preferred

Knowledge of any other Oracle ERP Fusion modules like AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
