  SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administration Analyst with project management experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring high levels of accuracy, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the order lifecycle. Additionally, you will leverage your project management skills to support continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to enhance order management workflows.    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
  • Leverage your expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to manage essential tasks and ensure efficiency.
  • Create, edit, and submit Contract Manufacturing Purchase Orders (CMPO) through NetSuite B2B EDI, ensuring accuracy in billing and shipping addresses, pricing, and configurations, while adhering to company guidelines and processes.
  • Execute expedite requests effectively using Smartsheet software to meet urgent demands.
  • Oversee the NetSuite backlog, managing the entire CMPO process from execution to fulfillment, utilizing NetSuite, Google, and Tableau reports for tracking and accuracy.
  • Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, and other key functions to support seamless processes.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to resolve order issues and provide education on fulfillment policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure positive, professional communication internally and externally to address and resolve fulfillment challenges.
  • Support departmental growth by contributing to the development of scalable processes, creating and refining documentation, tracking metrics, and driving quality improvements.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of Bill of Materials to enhance overall order accuracy and fulfillment.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in order administration, customer service, or a similar role
  • Foundational project management skills; experience with project management tools is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred; experience with other CRM and ERP systems is also valuable
  • Experience in a channel-driven sales organization
  • Ability to execute tasks, adapt quickly, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexibility to respond to sudden, non-routine, and unstructured requests
  • Strong data entry skills for fast and precise data review and input
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; effective in listening, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, with a track record of success in operational support and excellent customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build effective interactions with both internal and external customers and colleagues
  • High integrity and accountability in all areas of responsibility
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $80,000 - $121,000. 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
