What is the Role

The order operations team is primarily responsible for sales support of quoting, order booking and license provisioning activities within the quote to invoice function.

All transactions for Self-Managed, Annual Cloud and Professional services are managed by the Order Operations team.

What You'll Do
  • Sales Support for Quote creation and approvals in CPQ
  • Order Form review and signatory
  • Opportunity review for completeness including paper work (Order form, MSA’s, PO’s etc.) ensuring all required paperwork is in and clean to be considered valid order to be booked
  • Ensuring compliance with the Booking policy and Business Integrity guidelines
  • Sales order generation
  • License provisioning for self-managed products
  • Management of all queries or questions from Sales via Case Queue
  • Debook of Deals for various reasons
  • Collaboration with Billing and Cloud AR team on end to end transaction processing
  • Participation in cross functional programs and projects
What you Bring
  • Attention to detail is a critical skill required for this role
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple contending requests coming via email, slack, case queue etc.
  • Ability to advise sales on elements preventing deal booking and providing mentorship on what can be done to remediate
  • Understanding of Subscription / SAAS Software business
  • Ability to guide on treatment of complex booking scenarios
  • Experience of SFDC / CPQ or similar CRM crucial
  • Reporting, Dashboarding and analytical skills very useful (but can be developed on the job)
  • Collaboration for overall success of team, versus individual achievement
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing (any Portuguese language skills a plus)
  • The ability to work extended hours to cover Month-end, Quarter-End volumes
