Organic Social, Senior Associate
This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ. Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is WFH. This is not a virtual / remote position.

As the Senior Associate of Organic Social for Wayfair Professional, you will play a key role in developing and executing the organic social strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive organic growth. You will be instrumental in crafting and managing social media content across multiple platforms, building and nurturing relationships with our expanding community, and strengthening our market presence through innovative social media campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Own, develop, create and implement social content strategies for our Wayfair Professional channels.
- Analyze performance metrics across all social platforms to measure and assess social media performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on key messaging and initiatives to ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Oversee content capture on set or at events, and write engaging captions that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
- Travel (occasionally) for events or customer sites (up to 25% of the time).
- Interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and our online community.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in organic social media marketing, social media management, or a related brand marketing role.
- Proven ability to create and execute organic social strategies, with a focus on engagement, brand awareness, and community building.
- Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, etc.) to schedule, monitor, and report on content.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple social media channels simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in platform algorithms or audience behavior and stay on top of emerging trends.
