As our new Program Manager/  Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment of continuous growth and development. We are looking for an experienced OD practitioner with hands-on experience to be part of our People & Culture Program Office.

The work you’ll do:

  • Drive the listening strategy of Celonis through the facilitation of regular employee engagement surveys as well as other formats (e.g., focus groups) to gather data on areas of organizational strengths as well as improvement opportunities, and facilitate the follow-up activities such as report out, action planning, and progress tracking
  • Conduct assessments and analyze organizational structures and processes to identify areas for organizational improvement
  • Collaborate with a variety of key stakeholders, incl. our HR business partners and leadership at various levels, to develop and implement organizational structures that support efficiency, collaboration, and innovation, while aligning with the Celonis Values and Leadership Principles of Celonis.
  • Partner up with the various People & Culture teams to ensure that organizational development practices such as Celonis Values and Leadership Principles are reflected in people processes and offerings
  • Facilitate workshops and team interventions, and monitor the effectiveness of OD interventions
  • Work in close partnership with our Learning & Leadership Development team to design and maintain a repository of organizational development resources, including training materials, toolkits, and best practice guides, to support change management enablement and to promote organizational development practices
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders to communicate the impact and value of organizational development efforts
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development and apply them to enhance our organizational structures and practices

The qualifications you need:

  • A university degree in the fields of business administration, psychology, social sciences, or related fields, ideally with a focus on organizational development, or comparable hands-on experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an organizational development or change management role in HRM or consulting, ideally in a rapidly growing and constantly changing work environment
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with organizational development practices and programs, including but not limited to change and transformation management
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture dynamics, and employee engagement principles
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Hands-on experience working with data visualization/data analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Hands-on mentality, independent way of working, high reliability and ability to work in an international team
  • Familiarity with HRM systems, employee engagement  systems, and organizational development tools
  • Additional methodological qualification, e.g. Certification in Organizational Development, Change Management, and systemic coaching is a plus
  • Business fluency in English
