Are you a problem solver, excellent communicator, and a people person? If so, we are looking for you to join our new customer service team based in E2 hub.

You will be a part of a seamless Customer Service function, working to achieve our goal to providing the best customer experience. You are someone who is motivated in a targeted environment and has proven experience of delivering the highest off customer satisfaction. 

For this role, you must be fluent in both English and Danish.

• Work towards the set targets and KPI's on a daily basis
• Perform outbound calls to different segments of existing customers with an aim to build and develop strong customer interactions and help assist any needs, with a specific focus on AML and RG queries.
• Ability to work independently and complete your daily tasks but also in a team
• Feel confident and comfortable speaking to clients on the phone when handling a number of different queries and outbound calls
• Interact with customers in both Danish and English, written and verbal.
• Answer potential customer questions that may arise and follow up calls if necessary
• Understand customer needs and offer solution and support

• Excellent communication written and verbal in both Danish and English
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
• Excellent at Multi-tasking and time management 
• It would be extra awesome if you have experience with iGaming experience
