We support our operational teams to maximise data and customer interactions. We will use your expertise to ensure we do what's right for our customers, all in line with the required regulation

 

This role in a nutshell:

This role will manage and maintain all OVO’s diallers, establishing how they are set up and how they perform inday. Creating a function that supports the best outcome for our customers across a wide range of campaigns.

 

Your key outcomes will be:

  • Responsibilities for administration, governance and development of multiple cross site campaigns on a Genesys Dialler.
  • Expert in Outbound Governance (OFCOM, ICO, DMA, DPA) and report any data incidents to Senior Team
  • Deriving analytical outputs to provide insight into productivity/financial performance for campaign partners and external collaborators
  • Support our Live Operations teams with inbound activity 

Within your first 3 months month you’ll:

  • Have mapped out the outbound landscape detailing all dialler activity and owners
  • Established a framework for ways of operating our diallers and engagement channels to ensure compliance
  • Be known in your business area and by key collaborators as the point of contact for Outbound activity

Systems: Genesis, CCASS, Google applications

 

You’ll be a successful Outbound Dialler Manager here at OVO if you…

  • A high degree of proficiency with Genesys dialler technology
  • Proficient IT office  skills, in particular google applications, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of OFCOM, TPS and DMA Standards
  • Experience translating business needs into requirements enabling solutions to be developed iteratively
  • Highly numerate & analytical, able to delve into the detail but understand the strategic view
  • Experience problem solving, turning problems into opportunities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - able to articulate results clearly and concisely to senior team members
  • Experience of operating across inbound and outbound real time environment

We’ll pay you between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
