What you’ll do

As a Paid Performance Marketing Associate at Doctolib, you will be responsible for acquiring new healthcare practitioners in France, including doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists, through paid channels and SEO strategies. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive acquisition of healthcare practitioners.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, define budget, set up target, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • SEO Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic, working hand in hand with agencies. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and content that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Global Growth (Paid Agency), Brand & Content, Sales and Analytics to align marketing efforts with business goals.

You could be our next teammate if you:

  • have a minimum of 3 years of experience in paid performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth start-up or at a media agency.
  • have a proven experience managing high growth through Paid channels (Search & Display) & SEO
  • have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • have the ability to craft & lead creative marketing strategies and compelling ad creatives - working with internal & external creative teams. 
  • have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • are fluent in both French and English.
