As the Paid Search Associate, you will manage the paid search account of Factor in Canada. You will assist in building strategic plans, use analytics to inform decisions and be fully hands on and responsible for execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.

You will… 
  • Work on hands-on planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google and Bing) across text search, Display, YouTube, PMAX, Shopping, and App channels.
  • Be responsible for all campaign launching, management, budgeting, and optimization, and optimize campaign performance toward goals.
  • Hands-on analyze & build reports on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Fully able to implement and analyze A/B tests across paid search campaigns
  • Understand and implement advanced A/B tests (pricing, bidding, and creatives), and provide in-depth analysis on the results to uncover business opportunities
You are… 
  • Experienced in Google ads and Bing ads, including ad editor
  • Familiar with performance marketing metrics (CPC, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV)
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Comfortable working with large data sets, skilled in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, able to find efficiencies and opportunities across multiple data sources
  • Comfortable with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical environment
  • Positive towards challenges and new opportunities
You have…
  • A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 2+ yearsof experience in Paid Search, either from an agency or client-side role
  • Knowledge of Paid Search bidding, targeting, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with tag management & app tracking setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability
  • Google and Bing Ads certified
