Paid Search Specialist
We’re looking for a Paid Search Specialist to help us manage our paid search campaigns. You’ll be working on global search and performance max campaigns as part of the SEM Team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Campaign Planning and Setup
- Strategically plan and set up targeted advertising campaigns to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure campaigns are well-organized, with ad groups and keywords appropriately grouped for optimal performance.
Search Query Report (SQR)
- Conduct regular SQR analyses to refine SEM campaigns, including optimizing keyword lists, adding negative keywords, and customizing ad copy.
- Utilize SQR findings to enhance campaign performance and increase ROI.
Bid Optimization
- Implement and manage advanced bidding strategies to optimize ROI while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Continuously monitor keyword performance and adjust bids to align with campaign objectives and budget constraints.
- Balance bid costs with desired ad placements and optimize for maximum ROI.
Performance Analysis
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and AOV to evaluate campaign success.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance data, and use these insights for strategic decision-making.
- Proactively make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Reporting
- Generate comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics and campaign progress.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment of paid search strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to stay ahead in the paid search landscape.
- Apply market insights to optimize campaigns and explore new growth opportunities.
Technical and Analytical Tools:
- Utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics) for campaign management and analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in these platforms to leverage advanced functionalities.
Continuous Learning and Development:
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in paid search marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Technical Skills:
- Experience in SEM and Paid Search Campaigns: Some practical hands-on experience in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills: Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics (such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions) and making data-driven decisions.
- Keyword Research and Optimization: Demonstrated ability in conducting keyword research, analysis, and optimization to enhance campaign performance.
- Experience with Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Bid Management Expertise: Experience in bid management and optimization for maximizing ROI.
- Reporting and Communication Skills: Ability to generate detailed performance reports and effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
