Our mission is to make travelers experience the true South America by offering amazing trips and unique experiences. As our Paid Social Media Specialist & Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple brands and markets. Your data-driven approach will be crucial in analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, and developing strategic recommendations. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing advertising budgets, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and optimizing the customer journey across multiple touchpoints. You will work closely with the marketing team and our brands, providing regular updates and presenting campaign results. Collaboration is essential to align campaign goals and strategies. As an ideal candidate, you will excel in stakeholder communication, be adept at developing integrated marketing strategies, and have a proven track record in paid social media advertising. Your ability to prioritize resources based on performance data and ROI will be vital in driving successful cross-channel marketing campaigns.

  On daily basis you will
  • Paid Social Media Management

- Planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns

- Monitoring and adjusting campaign performance, advertising budgets and targeting parameters

  • Cross-Channel Campaigning

- Developing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (Paid Social, Google Ads, Newsletters & Websites)

- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms

  • Data Analysis and Reporting

- Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics

- Conducting A/B tests to optimise ads

- Developing data-driven recommendations for future strategies

The basics you bring along
  • Experience implementing social ad strategies with a sizeable budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge in Digital Marketing Campaign Coordination.
  • Knowledge about the Facebook Pixel and Tracking.
  • Solid experience creating, growing, and managing online communities.
  • Detail-oriented with great analytical skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest developments in social media marketing.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).
