About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Channel Account Manager to support the Australian and New Zealand enterprise and public sector customer sales segment. This role will report to the Head of Partnerships and Alliances, APJC. 

You will be responsible for leading the channel strategy for Australia and New Zealand, including the recruitment of net new partnerships, development of existing partnerships and the plan to deepen the Cloudflare SASE channel sales motion. You will work in collaboration with your channel, marketing and sales peers to generation channel and customer interest, pipeline, and grow channel sales. 

You will work in collaboration with Account Executives, Partner Solution Engineering, Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations and Partner Marketing to build adoption of Cloudflare products and services. 

The candidate must have 10+ years experience working with channel partners, preferably in the cybersecurity and/or networking technology sector. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Australia and New Zealand Channel Strategy
  • Partner recruitment: Experience working with Cloud Native partners will be strongly regarded. You will be required to identify, recruit and build a plan to enable new and existing partners 
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with sales team, senior leadership and partner key decision makers and influencers
  • Business planning: Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business plans with partners
  • Partner marketing: co-marketing with partners to build pipeline
  • Partner enablement strategy: Work with relevant Cloudflare functions to develop a plan to build partner competency on Cloudflare technology 

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 10+ years experience managing channel partners including recruitment experience
  • Experience working in the technology sector. Cybersecurity and/or Networking sector a bonus
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
