We are searching for a Partner Activation Leader to support our growing Channels & Alliances business. The continued growth and success of Elastic hinges on strong partnerships with our network of partners and resellers. We are looking for a Partner Activation Leader who can foster these relationships and empower our sellers to engage partners and take our business to new heights.

The Partner Activation Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategic enablement programs that drive partner success and align with our overall business objectives. This individual will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our internal sellers are trained to engage partners and our partners are fully equipped to effectively represent and sell our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner enablement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong partner ecosystems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive partner enablement strategy to drive growth and revenue. You will design and lead scalable enablement programs that provide partners with the training, resources, and tools necessary for success.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of training materials, workshops, and certification programs that align with product releases and market trends. This includes ensuring that partners have access to comprehensive documentation, support materials, and customer value studies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners regarding enablement needs and feedback. You will collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and partner feedback, ensuring alignment between Elastic’s partners and our overall company goals.
  • Track partner performance and program impact through key performance indicators.. You will be working with your team to continuously assess and improve enablement initiatives based on partner performance metrics and feedback.
  • You and your team will be developing, managing, and maintaining partner enablement resources, including playbooks, guides, and online content.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner management, or sales enablement, along with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful partner enablement programs.
  • Experience supporting and leading partner enablement programs within the SaaS industry, preferably in Search, Observability or Security domains. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
