THE ROLE

As the Global Partner Content & Communications Manager, you will be the strategic owner and driving force behind all external communications to Pure's worldwide partner ecosystem. You will define the content and communication strategy, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-impact messaging that drives partner engagement and business outcomes. This is a critical leadership role within the Global Partner Marketing Organization, requiring you to develop global partner communication strategy, lead partner projects and programs , drive cross-functional alignment, and optimize global delivery channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define and execute the holistic global partner communications strategy, owning the complete content lifecycle for all major product launches, program updates, and critical operational communications to increase partner enablement and adoption metrics.
  • Establish messaging governance and enforce brand consistency across the entire partner ecosystem, writing partner content and messaging, serving as the final authority to ensure all content strictly adheres to Pure's brand voice and visual guidelines.
  • Drive operational excellence by continuously optimizing content workflows, review cycles, and delivery mechanisms, and defining the KPIs to measure the effectiveness and business impact of all communication efforts.
  • Lead  project teams, driving cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Digital, and Campaign teams to ensure strategic initiatives and programs are launched seamlessly and with maximum global impact.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strategic Communications Leadership: Proven ability to not just write content, but to design and implement a global communication strategy that connects partner messaging to core business objectives and GTM motions.
  • Advanced Project and Stakeholder Management: Expert capability in owning and driving complex, multi-track content programs from inception to delivery, including the ability to influence and manage expectations of senior leaders and diverse global stakeholders.
  • Deep Go-to-Market Acumen: Strong, demonstrable understanding of the B2B technology channel landscape, product launch processes, partner programs, and the role communications plays in driving adoption and revenue for a partner ecosystem.
  • Operational Excellence and Data-Driven Mindset: Experience defining and using performance metrics to measure communication effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and drive ongoing process improvements and efficiency across the content team.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $118,000—$178,000 USD
