Partner Ecosystem Analyst Why We Have This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Partner Ecosystem Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support our partner ecosystem operations, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and processing of Ecosystem compensation payments, reporting, analysis, issues resolution and more.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional data analysis and reporting skills, critical thinking abilities, and have the ability to effectively handle and resolve compensation inquiries through ticketing systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Ecosystem and Compensation, to drive execution, identify opportunities for improvement, analyze data, and implement solutions. 

 How You’ll Find Success
  • Accurate and Timely Partner Ecosystem Compensation: Ensuring prompt and accurate compensation payment processing for our Partner Engagement Managers (PEMs) and Ecosystem leadership is crucial. Meeting compensation payment deadlines, accuracy and  resolving discrepancies efficiently are key indicators of success.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in reviewing and reconciling deal level transactions from Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, policy adherence and detecting any potential errors or inconsistencies is vital to success.
  • Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills: Utilizing SQL, data analysis and reporting tools to generate compensation payments reports, identify trends, and provide insights can contribute to success. Harnessing analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and recognize patterns helps optimize compensation payment processing and Ecosystem performance management.
  • Process Improvements: Help identify process improvement opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to propose potential solutions and execution. 
  • Team Player and Effective Communication: Being a dependable team player, building and maintaining strong internal relationships with PEMs and Ecosystem leaders is essential. 
How You’ll Grow
  • Drive Systems and Process Improvements: Identifying process improvement opportunities to automate, scale and simplify our existing systems and processes. Seek opportunities to work on cross-functional projects and more.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhancing your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is vital as a Partner Ecosystem Specialist. Take the initiative to build relationships and establish strong lines of communication with Sales, Ecosystem, Compensation and other teams. Attend meetings outside your immediate area of responsibility, and actively contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Enhance Communication Skills: Improve your communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information, build rapport, and resolve conflicts.
  • Take on new responsibilities as dictated by the needs of the business
Things You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and review compensation-related information
  • Run queries, transform and analyze data, calculate and process PEMs payments
  • Triage, manage and resolve compensation discrepancies or issues, and address inquiries or concerns from PEMs and Ecosystem leaders
  • Generate compensation payment reports
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of compensation activities
  • Conducting periodic audits to compensation integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to support leadership with decision making
  • Ensure clear and concise responses to PEMs and Ecosystem leaders inquiries.
  • Exhibit critical thinking abilities to swiftly analyze and assess compensation issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, suggesting innovative ideas and assisting with execution.
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation data and processes to identify discrepancies and propose and implement corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • SQL, data manipulation tools and strong Excel skills are preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills to problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently.
  • Willingness to continue learning and improving skills and knowledge.
