The Partner Enablement Architect - SAP is crucial to how we scale and leverage the SAP ecosystem to drive non-linear growth through world class enablement programs. This role is a part of our Global Partner Enablement team within our Field Engineering organization whose vision is to activate and accelerate the value our customers get from their data and AI.
The Partner Enablement team extends this vision with a focus on accelerating the value SAP and our C&SI and ISV partners get from aligning with Databricks. With a partner first mission, we align on 3 priorities:
- Increase Partner Advocacy through large scale events and programs to win hearts and minds
- Scale the Trained Ecosystem by training SAP and partners through on-demand badges, instructor led trainings, workshops and sales assets
- Empower Account Executives and Solution Architects on SAP through internal field enablement
You will work closely with the Partner team and help build and execute the strategy that delivers a world class enablement program to land the SAP and Databricks partnership. In this role we will enablement the SAP field teams and ecosystem with the knowledge, skills, and programs required to deeply understand Databricks. You will be responsible for ensuring that the field teams can effectively sell, position, and deliver on SAP Databricks within their customer’s ecosystems and how to align our joint offerings to business outcomes. This requires translating technical products and features into meaningful business value and industry messaging.
You have a technical software sales and/or technical enablement background with a proven track record of success. You have worked directly with customers and SAP, and understand the SAP ecosystem. You are a self starter and excel in a growth environment. You have strong project management skills to manage multi-channel enablement programs. Your success is measured by the impact of your enablement solutions, collaboration in cross functional teams, and the level of support you provide to the teams to reach sales and readiness goals.
The impact you will have:
- Increase knowledge, badging, partner engagements & consumption by quickly developing and measuring enablement programs
- Ensuring Databricks and SAP go-to-market teams are enabled and aligned
- Maintain a trusted partnership with Senior Management across GTM, Partner and Enablement organizations
- Identify areas for potential growth with a close feedback loop with sales leaders, SAP leaders and C&SI partner leaders
- Support onboarding to build foundational capabilities for role-based skills
What we look for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to successfully collaborate cross functionally with enablement, industry, value, marketing and partner teams
- Experience working with learning, content management and reporting systems
- Experience in creating and launching field ready, consumable enablement content
- Experience scoping, communicating and delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget
- Program management skills to improve existing partner programs and launch net new programs across multiple channels
- 5+ years experience in partner enablement in B2B SaaS companies
- 5+ years experience with SAP
