Responsible for advising and guiding customers and partners to achieve maximum benefits from product implementation. Work with Ripple Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure processes and tools are in place for wider rollout of Ripple's new products. Build Ripple's strategy through applying specialized knowledge of Ripple payments processes. Responsible for delivery life cycle, starting from training, conducting meetings, testing configurations and go-live support. Determine deliverables by providing functional and technical advisory to customers & partners and qualifying the milestones. Lead solution design and integration discussions with customer, business, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, documented, and meet expectations. Deepen partner relationships by accelerating product fit, market traction, and wide-scale rollout by implementing deployments of new Ripple solutions. Build long-term business relationships with stakeholders to identify market needs, product gaps, and business opportunities. Lead resources towards company targets, coach and develop team members, and provide guidance and leadership on priorities to achieve company objectives. Articulate best practices with respect to our business and the technical integration of Ripple's technology. 

Telecommuting permitted 50% or more but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned office location. 

Must have a willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 30% of the time to meet customer and partner needs.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field plus 2 years experience in working in network solutioning and delivery with major global organizations and industry groups.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

  • Managing customer/partner software integration engagements; and
  • Working in financial institution liquidity and treasury management.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in all of the following configuration management tools:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues at a network, database, and/or distributed application processing level;
  • Writing code;
  • Working with financial services networks;
  • Network design;
  • Web Development;
  • Multi-tier software architecture;
  • OOO design experience;
  • Restful apis; and
  • Websockets.

For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. CA Annual Base Salary Range$145,800—$146,000 USD
