If you shop online (and who doesn’t these days?), then chances are you’ve already interacted with Yotpo. We’re a leading eCommerce retention marketing platform, on a mission to help brands of all sizes turn one-time shoppers into customers for life. Loyalty programs, SMS and email marketing, subscriptions, and reviews are our bread and butter, but we have more solutions up our sleeve, too.

We have teams across the world, including the US, Canada, UK, Israel, Bulgaria, and Australia — and we’re still growing. Our primary goal is to deliver the best technology in the industry.

You can hear all about it in our latest brand video.

Sounds exciting? Then read on, because we’re in pursuit of the best and the brightest minds to help us achieve our vision.

Yotpo is looking for its next Partner Manager to develop and nurture meaningful, results-driven relationships with the largest and most sought-after agencies.

Yotpo has built a robust ecosystem of strategic partnerships with leading digital, marketing & retail agencies, who evangelize our technology to their clients. This is Yotpo’s Partner Program and one of the company’s fastest growing revenue channels. Your goal will be to drive qualified business through the strong relationships you build over time.

Working collaboratively with internal teams is critical to success. On a daily basis, you will proactively support complex sales-cycles with our most strategic accounts while providing our agency partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training. Because of this, first-class relationship building and sales skills are a must, while bringing your own network of connections is ideal.

You’ll succeed in, and enjoy this role if you rely on quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify business challenges. You will be responsible for designing, building and monitoring the day-to-day processes and infrastructure accordingly for Yotpo's customer success, technical support, account management and professional services teams, creating a tangible impact on the broader company.

This role is based in Sydney, and will report to the Partnerships Lead: Kara Sahota

You will:

  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ranging from Account Strategists to C-Suite executives for owned agency book of business
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive partner engagement, sales, and overall business growth
  • Set and track performance metrics to ensure partners meet their sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide partners with the necessary training and resources to effectively service Yotpo’s product suite.
  • Act as a product evangelist, ensuring partners are fully informed about product updates, new features, and the overall value proposition.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner activities are aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure partners are delivering value to mutual customers.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partner strategies and identify areas for improvement.

About you:

  • Have 2+ years of quota carrying, B2B SaaS software, agency or technology sales in a Channel or New Business role
  • Prior experience working with or managing a Digital Commerce / Digital Marketing Agency relationship
  • Passionate about digital commerce, with a desire to be constantly learning and growing as an eCommerce professional
  • Proven ability to build & manage relationships at all levels, demonstrating strong negotiation skills, with the goal of growth and retention
  • Strategic agility - you see ahead, anticipate relationship and decision-making dynamics, naturally adapt to situations
  • A seasoned presenter with the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others
  • A fearless networker who enjoys operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a fast growing, dynamic changing environment
  • A natural collaborator and team player: you find common ground/solve problems for the good of all
  • Can create actionable insights from data, with the ability to support not only the partnership org, but also drive value towards broader business objectives
  • Must have a valid Australian work authorization to apply

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience selling SMS, Email or other marketing communications products

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay! We believe in hiring people, not just skills. If you have a passion to learn and are excited about eCommerce and technology, then we want to hear from you.
