THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities
As a Partner Manager at Contentive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our audience engagement strategies. With 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring your expertise, wit, and creativity to drive our audience growth across various platforms and industries. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and analytics teams to identify new opportunities for audience engagement and retention.
Specific Duties
- Develop and implement innovative audience growth strategies to increase engagement and followers across multiple platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize audience growth tactics.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for target audiences and platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for audience expansion in diverse industries.
- Engage with our community through social media and other platforms, fostering a loyal and active audience base.
- Experiment with new and unconventional methods to attract and retain diverse audiences.
- Prepare and present reports on audience growth and engagement metrics to senior management.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with industry influencers, organisations, and other media platforms to expand audience reach.
- Collaborate with external partners to create joint content initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify potential audience growth partnerships.

ABOUT YOU
The Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years of experience in growth, audience development, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of journalism, digital media trends, and audience growth strategies.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for audience engagement and growth.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A witty and engaging personality, capable of thinking outside the box to attract diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
