Embark on an exciting role as our Partner Marketing Manager, driving increased sales and profits through B2B marketplaces. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product & Tech, Partnership, and Marketing teams, managing day-to-day marketplace operations, launching new programs, and contributing to future strategies. Join us and play a pivotal role in achieving corporate sales goals while fostering continuous improvement.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for B2B marketplaces to drive sales and profit growth

  • Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations with a keen focus on organizational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in program launches, data analysis, and reporting

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing strategies clearly and persuasively

  • Foster a customer-centric approach in partnership marketing initiatives to enhance overall service orientation

  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making processes, especially in shaping future marketing strategies

  • Provide hands-on management, exercising effective supervisory skills to lead and motivate the team

  • Act as a collaborative team player, contributing actively to a dynamic and creative marketing environment

You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience (Preferred major/concentration: Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related coursework)

  • 5+ years of B2B/C marketplace sales experience, including direct involvement in program launches

  • 5+ years of B2B/C experience in SaaS, Consent, and Compliance

  • Product Management Experience, either direct or in close collaboration with product teams

  • Relevant experience in a scale-up/start-up B2B/C environment

  • Knowledge of requirements, restrictions, and best practices for successful B2B/C marketplace selling

  • Experience in Fulfillment partner and Fulfillment Vendor models preferred

  • Proven ability to select successful B2B/C marketplace products with effective Go-to-Market and Commercial agreements

  • Experience in building a Marketplace Partner Network

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
