We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work closely with the Product team and Sales team to lead the efforts on optimizing our web CMP products prospect journey experience. You will be part of the Product and Partner Marketing team within the Marketing Department. As part of your responsibilities, you will own product marketing initiatives around acquisition, product adoption, sales enablement and product collateral.

Reporting to the Director of Product and Partner Marketing and working closely with the rest of the Marketing team, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to bring their marketing career to the next level by stepping into Product Marketing. Specializing in product lifecycle marketing and optimizing prospect journeys for both product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the company growth.

Your Tasks

  • Own the objectives of product marketing around prospect experience. Lead the initiatives for prospects that lead to new customer acquisition e.g.optimization of trial experience and demo experience, product onboarding and adoption and crafting compelling sales collateral.
  • You will optimize the trial email experience for our web CMP products and work closely with Product to drive increased conversion rates at the end of the trial.

  • You support the creation of product positioning and product messaging along with crafting unique selling propositions for new product features, translating technical details into benefits and value for the user.

  • You will work together with the rest of the Product Marketing team on creating buyer, user personas and customer segmentation.

  • You will be responsible for new product launches, feature updates, and pricing/plan changes via various channels. You will work closely with the Product team and the other Product Marketing Managers on the launch strategy and lead its execution.

  • You will own the creation of new feature landing pages, product communication on our website, the creation of sales collateral (like one pagers, whitepapers, slide decks, videos, pitch decks) and competitive battlecards.

  • You will act as a direct link between the Product and Marketing teams, proactively disseminating product knowledge and coordinating team execution efforts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product development, sales, and other teams to gather input, align messaging, and ensure seamless coordination in product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives, regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

You Bring

  • A minimum of 4 - 6 years experience in B2B Marketing roles like Email Marketing, Field Marketing or Digital Marketing. It will be a plus if you have 1- 2 years in Product Marketing, but it is not a must.
  • Proven track record of successful execution of B2B marketing initiatives across multiple countries and  channels like websites, email marketing, and various digital sales collateral.

  • Good business acumen and interest in technology and product development

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

  • Comprehensive project management skills and strong organizational skills

  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in

  • Experience with working with the following tools: Project Management tools eg. Asana, Trello or Monday, CRM systems like Salesforce or similar, Google workplace suite or Microsoft, Marketing Automation Platforms: Hubspot or Pardot

  • English language fluency C2 and any other European language is a plus.
