Partner Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help lead development and implementation of co-marketing and product integration launch initiatives with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners. You’ll be working on the development and execution of the joint value proposition and partner go-to-market initiatives for customers as well as prospects; sales and partner enablement material and co marketing programs to help drive incremental sales pipeline opportunities for Hootsuite.
While working remotely or in a hybrid work arrangement, a blend of virtual (in accordance with Hootsuite’s distributed workforce strategy), and in Hootsuite’s Toronto or Vancouver office, you will report to Senior Director, Product Marketing
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and manage go-to-market strategy for partner integrations including joint value messaging, and launch initiatives.
- Develop strategies to implement bigger and better co-marketing campaigns with Hootsuite ISV partners including cross-department and cross-function to identify and develop comprehensive plans with our partners (objectives, key strategies, tactics and measures) that align to Hootsuite strategic and core deliverable business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of global and/or regional with Partner Managers and the partners to educate joint prospects, customers and sellers on the value of the partnership.
- Build global and regional sales enablement materials for partners and sellers in collaboration with the regional partner product marketing managers.
- Coordinate with other marketing teams to embed joint partner solutions into the company’s global marketing campaigns such as engagement emails, events, corp comm, social and community, content, design, and etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Significant relevant software product marketing experience specifically within partner/channel marketing.
- Experience working with vendors, partners, 3rd parties in co-marketing or joint go-to-market activities.
- Very strong written communication skills.

Canada Pay Range For This Role$78,400—$109,800 CAD
