The Strategy & Operations team at Personio is the strategic partner to our sales and partnerships leaders - driving analytics, operations, strategy, enablement and tools. Our Team members are experts in business strategy and operations and possess great analytical thinking skills. They are innately curious, passionate about solving complex problems and always driven to improve the status quo.

You will work closely with our Partnerships leaders and the broader Go-to-Market team to drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the organization. You will directly impact Partnerships - one of Personio’s most important growth drivers, where we see enormous untapped potential but can already build on a strong basis of proven strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, Demand Generation & Partnerships, you will have a broad scope and the unique opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. 

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Always think two steps ahead to identify and deliver operational improvements that will enable us to continue scaling exponentially

  • Work directly with partnerships leaders and sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, partner and team productivity and operational efficiency

  • Lead and improve operational processes, e.g. capacity and quota planning, forecasting, partner performance tracking, qualified lead lifecycle, business reviews, territory planning and much more

  • We love data and want you to build and implement analytics and business intelligence which will enable better Budget Planning, Partnerships strategies, lead gen activities and achieve our commercial Partnership goals

  • Structure and execute on projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations

  • Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, People Operations and Customer Experience

  • Develop dashboards, presentations and documentation, to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner, to all levels of the organization

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have 2-4 years experience in sales operations / RevOps or strategy consulting or equivalent experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company

  • Front-line experience in go-to-market roles is a strong plus, ideally partnerships or channel management

  • Execution focus: Instead of just advising, you like to own and drive things yourself. You don’t rest until the rubber hits the road

  • Project Management: You know how to plan, manage and steer strategic projects to ensure high quality deliverables and impact for Partnerships

  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience working, collaborating and communicating exceptionally well with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams

  • Business analytics and visualization: You love data and enjoy building analyses and dashboards, using GSheets/Excel and Powerpoint. 

  • B2B SaaS sales processes and tools: Knowledge of key SaaS metrics and experience with CRM software, i.e. Salesforce

  • Growth mindset: You are on a mission to learn and grow, and enjoy challenging yourself
