YOUR MISSION

As a Partner Operations Lead, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in improving and scaling the operational performance of our partners across Glovo.

THE JOURNEY

 You’ll be responsible for optimizing key performance metrics such as preparation Time, cancellations, Courier Waiting Time and work closely with various teams to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and improve the partner experience and performance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, solid project execution skills, and a passion for elevating operational excellence. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Take full ownership of partner operational performance and proactively manage key KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans for top-performing and underperforming Partners to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Glovo teams to launch initiatives that enhance the Partner and Customer experience.
  • Identify operational pain points and advocate for process improvements and tech solutions to regional and HQ product teams.
  • Lead or support projects that improve scalability and automation in Partner Operations.
  • Share insights, frameworks, and best practices with local and regional stakeholders to drive alignment and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Academic background in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Strategy, or within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent soft skills: from clear communication and empathy to adaptability and stakeholder management, you know how to connect, influence, and lead effectively.
