Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is looking for a Partner Payments Specialist who is responsible for managing the payment process for partners/vendors in the Ecosystems organization. You will work closely with the finance, legal, sales and ecosystem teams to ensure timely and accurate payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and partner/vendor payment disbursement plus working on ad-hoc process improvements projects and other roles and responsibilities that evolve through Qualtrics’ continued growth journey.

 How You’ll Find Success

  • Accurate and Timely Payments: Ensuring prompt and accurate payment processing for partners/vendors is crucial. Meeting payment deadlines, maintaining payment accuracy, and resolving payment discrepancies efficiently are key indicators of success.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in reviewing and reconciling partner/vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, and detecting any potential errors or inconsistencies is vital to success. Attention to detail helps maintain financial accuracy and build trust with partners/vendors.
  • Effective Communication: Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners/vendors and internal stakeholders is essential. Clear and concise communication regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and payment status will contribute to a positive partnership experience.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Utilizing data analysis and reporting tools to generate payment reports, identify trends, and provide insights can contribute to success. Harnessing analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and recognize patterns helps optimize payment processes and identify areas for improvement.
How You’ll Grow
  • Identify, recommend, and implement tool, system, process, or policy changes to improve team performance
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them develop their skills, achieve their goals, and succeed in their roles
  • Be involved in ad hoc process improvement projects
  • Take on new responsibilities as dictated by the needs of the business
Things You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to gather and review payment-related information
  • Run queries, transform and analyze data, calculate and process partner payments utilizing financial systems and other software tools
  • Triage, manage and resolve payment discrepancies or issues, and address inquiries or concerns from partners/vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Generate and distribute regular payment reports to key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of payment activities
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure payment integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Support the Finance Procurement team in managing and creating Partner purchase requisitions
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and changes in payment regulations to enhance payment processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business or Information Systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales organizations, Sales quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing Netsuite, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, to streamline and optimize financial processes, order fulfillment, and other relevant business operations
  • Experience delivering against multiple priorities at the same time along with strong attention to detail, planning and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, generate pivot tables and charts, VLookups, manage large datasets, and automate tasks using macros and VBA programming
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple channels
  • Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
  • Familiarity with Coupa is a huge plus
