As a Partner Tools Administrator, you will manage and enhance the Salesforce Experience Cloud-based Partner Portal andthe Intellum based Partner Academy, ensuring an optimized and user-friendly experience for partners. As part of the GTM & Partner Experience team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all content across our partner-facing systems is optimized, up-to-date, and easy to find. This role focuses on front-end functionality, content updates, and visual presentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain an engaging and efficient experience.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE…
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud-based Partner Portal, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Implement updates, enhancements, and configurations to support partner engagement and business needs.
- Optimize content display, ensuring information is clear, accessible, and aligned with partner requirements.
- Work with marketing teams to design images, banners, and layouts for an engaging user interface.
- Analyze portal usage and partner feedback to identify improvements and implement solutions.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across portal content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner Programs) to keep portal resources relevant and up to date.
- Troubleshoot portal-related issues and coordinate with Salesforce admins or developers for resolutions.
- Administer and maintain the Intellum based Partner Academy, creating learning paths and ensuring simple navigation and promotion of the most relevant training courses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Global Enablement, Customer Success) to ensure their requirements for partner training and certification are met
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) for portal administration.
- Strong understanding of front-end functionality, UI/UX, and content management.
- Marketing background or familiarity with visual content creation, layout design, and branding.
- Proficiency in basic image editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
- Ability to analyze portal performance and optimize content placement for engagement.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across teams and geographies and hierarchy.
- Experience with Intellum for LMS administration
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud administration, portal management, or digital content management.
- Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), including configurations, user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Experience managing partner portals, ensuring functionality, usability, and engagement.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices to enhance portal experience and optimize content presentation.
- Proficiency in content management, front-end customizations, and marketing-focused portal enhancements.
- Ability to create or optimize visual content, images, and layouts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely updates.
- Experience analyzing portal usage metrics to drive data-driven improvements.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple updates, and meet deadlines.
