As a Partner Operations Regional Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners team. You will be directly responsible for improving Partners’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user UX.

 

You will:

-Be the owner of the Partner Operations metrics, seeking continuous improvement  in methodologies to optimize the operations of our partners (improve preparation times, reduce cancellations and decrease bad ratings)

-Cooperate with the customer service department to implement the right processes in order to give Partners the best support and increase their satisfaction

-Work closely with the Partner Content team, to ensure quality of onboarding for our new Partners, by making sure we provide them all the necessary tools and information to start working

-Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the region’s partner operations situation at all times. Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards and models for the region

-Scale up processes to the whole region while ensuring the right balance between localisation and centralisation

-Raise product requests to improve partners UX and scalability. Identify tech features improvements and give proactive feedback to HQ.

-Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

-Work with global and local teams to coordinate and execute projects in your region

 

You Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar)
  • Proficiency in English, written and oral
  • 3+ years of experience in high demanding roles or analytical positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, logistics, six sigma, analytics, strategy, etc.)
  • You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, result oriented
  • A data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
  • Ability to provide scalable solutions to complex problems
  • Amazing project management skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Hands on attitude: no job is too big or too small
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills. Experience interacting effectively at multiple levels of the organization is highly valued
  • You are able to influence people in a short space of time to deliver results
  • Expertise in MS Excel, SQL knowledge is highly valued
