YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Partner Operations Intern, you will support Voi’s growing ecosystem of partners and contribute to make multimodal journeys smoother and more accessible across Europe. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Market Development team and support our public transportation partners, mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platforms, and transport authorities on everything from requests in our partner portal, to conducting research that shapes our joint offering. By working in the intersection of the Market Development- and R&D team, you will gain insight and hands-on experience in partnership management, operations and tech in the mobility industry. This will include: 

• Monitoring our partner portal and classify incoming questions from external parters
• Responding to partner queries and escalating technical issues to the relevant internal teams
• Managing and updating documentation and knowledge bases for internal and external use
• Conducting research to support market launches and deepen our understanding of multimodal trends and players
• Supporting coordination between Voi’s central teams (Product, Policy, Market Development, Operations) and external stakeholders
• Assisting in preparing materials for partner meetings, onboarding sessions, and regular check-ins
• Helping to collect and analyse data to monitor performance and improve collaboration

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a structured, communicative, and curious student with a strong interest in building a career in public-private collaboration and sustainable transportation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being professionally fluent in English, we believe the right person has:

• Ongoing studies for a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in business, transport, engineering, or a related field, with at least one year left before graduation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A structured and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Interest in public transport systems, mobility innovation, or multimodal travel
• Basic knowledge of Excel or other data tools
• Previous experience in client-facing or transport-related roles is a merit
• Knowledge and previous experience in backend engineering is a merit
