About the RoleWe are seeking an organized and driven Partnerships Manager to support the development and management of relationships with our key business partners. In this role, you will work closely with senior managers to facilitate communication, coordinate project activities, and ensure successful collaboration with external partners. This role will report into the EMEA Team Leader and be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, executing marketing plans and events, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong partner relationships, aligning with the alliance leader on partner opportunities, and handling the administrative running of day-to-day partner requests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of partner projects and initiatives, supporting senior managers in developing timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners, addressing inquiries, gathering requirements, and ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on partner-related activities.
  • Prepare and distribute partner-facing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. 
  • Monitor and report on partner project progress, risks, and issues to your senior manager.
  • Support the organization of partner events, meetings, and other engagement activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of partner processes, systems, and methodologies to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner management practices and procedures.
  • Align with the alliance leader to ensure the identification, pursuit, closure, and tracking of partner opportunities and specific activities as needed.
  • Handle the administrative running of day-to-day partner requests, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination of resources.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing or partner management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management applications).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing events and marketing activities and campaigns
