We are looking for a highly talented Partnership Manager in our London office.

Payoneer is looking for an energetic, motivated and highly talented Partnerships Manager (Russian Speaking) to join a market-defining fast-growing global Fintech business. Working in a dynamic environment, the incumbent will be tasked to increase business adoption and market penetration by enabling hundreds of thousands of SMBs and professional businesses in Europe to pay and get paid globally with Payoneer’s fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity. Candidate should possess a strong business development background that enables him or her to drive engagement with partners & stakeholders. The incumbent should be a self-starter who is prepared to onboard & programmatically manage affiliates and channel partnerships with key partner profiles such as legal, accounting, financial advisories and service providers. This role provides an opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate and develop broad business development skills in a key acquisition channel for a leading fintech.

 

What’s the job?

  • Own and achieve annual partnership targets; driving lead-generation, revenue and ideal customer profile acquisition.
  • Identify and research potential B2B partners across complementary industries and businesses to drive acquisition of customers at scale.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and partnership structures tailored to specific partners.
  • Drive engagement & adoption by partners to scale business growth.
  • Contribute strategic depth in driving new market development activities for Europe.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze and monitor partnership performance and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene in managing your end-to-end pipeline and partner cycle
  • Collaborate with partners and Marketing to develop and implement joint marketing and promotional campaigns.

Does this sound like you?

  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales, with at least 1 year demonstrative experience in channel or reseller partnerships
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding established goals
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to take accountability and make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
  • High level of organization and focus
  • Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Not a Must But a Great Advantage

  • · Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
  • · Familiarity with the B2B and SMB/SME Customer Segment
  • · Experience developing business in Russian speaking markets
  • · Experience working and excelling at high growth, international company with diverse culture
